Some people are still manually putting quotes and brackets around their keywords when they want to set up phrase and exact match keywords.
I hope you are NOT one of them, because software can do it much faster than you can do it by hand. There are programs (and the AdWords Editor does it too, I highly suggest you use it, but if for whatever reason you don’t…) that do that.
